Helping companies be compliant to the DDA

The Disability Discrimination Act or more popularly known as the DDA, is a major step toward providing the disabled with an equal opportunity to lead normal lives by integrating them into the active work force. This is done by requiring businesses and establishments to be disable friendly and accessible, thereby taking out any possible discrimination that they may experience due to their disability.

In this light, companies are now looking for ways to be able to comply with the DDA without necessarily being burdened by high costs of integration and lost productivity. And so the challenge lies on service companies such as Inclusion which are hired as consultants to take on the design and implementation of such programs. Inclusion specializes in studies that determine the accessibility of processes and systems for the disabled, using tools such as Occupational Therapy techniques like Vocational Rehabilitation and others. And so for other companies that are looking for a painless solution to this challenge, companies such as Inclusion do provide a real hope for the success of the DDA.
